Return Policy


Satisfaction Guaranteed: We confidently guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not pleased with your purchase return it for a 100% refund or replacement within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the product in its original condition and we will refund your credit card minus shipping cost (Shipping charges will be deducted if the return is a result of a Sterling Gem error.) Please enclose your original receipt and follow the steps listed below.

To return an item to Sterling Gem Boutique, please perform the following steps:

1. Please indicate a reason for return on the invoice that was included with the shipment. [For Exchanges - indicate what you wish to exchange the merchandise with on the invoice itself. Be sure to include the item name, the item code, and the item price.]

2.
Place all the original packaging in the return box; This includes all merchandise and the copy of the invoice.

3. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship with a return receipt or tracking number for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. For orders greater than $50, we advise you to ship it with insurance or signature confirmation to guarantee secure delivery.

Once your return is received it will be reviewed and you will receive an e-mail confirmation regarding your return within five days.
Items that show signs of wear or have been, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Note: The Sterling Gem Boutique will not be responsible for losses or damage of return shipments.
